1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the Senvix platform ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Senvix.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to access and use financial trading services. Residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. Senvix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Nature of the Service

Senvix is a technology platform that provides access to AI-powered market analysis tools and automated trading strategies. The Platform connects to user-designated exchange accounts via API keys for the sole purpose of executing trades in accordance with user-configured parameters. Senvix does not hold, custody, transfer, or control user funds at any time. All capital remains within the user's own exchange account.

The Platform does not constitute a regulated financial advisory, brokerage, or investment management service. Senvix does not provide personalised investment advice. All trading involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
• Provide false or misleading information in connection with your account.
• Use the Platform for market manipulation or any other practice prohibited by applicable law.

6. Fees and Payments

Senvix operates on a performance-fee model. There are no upfront subscription fees or monthly charges. A percentage of net trading profits generated through the Platform is charged as a success fee. Full fee details are provided during the registration process. Senvix reserves the right to modify its fee structure with reasonable prior notice. Exchange trading fees charged by third-party exchanges are separate and are not collected by Senvix.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that trading in financial instruments, including cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, and other assets, involves substantial risk and that you may lose all or part of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You confirm that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure and that you accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, algorithms, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Senvix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senvix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Senvix's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Senvix in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Senvix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if your continued use poses a legal or security risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but API keys should be revoked from your exchange account independently.

11. Amendments

Senvix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
